ANALYST, CFO AND CONTROLLERSHIP ADVISORY

Role Overview: As an Analyst in CFO and Controllership Advisory, you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling client accounts, resolving discrepancies, managing working capital activities, ensuring account balance and reconciliation, overseeing month-end closing activities, reviewing team work, and communicating with the VP of Controllership to ensure team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and reconcile client accounts, research and resolve discrepancies, and find solutions to accounting policies - Manage working capital management activities such as Invoicing, AR, and AP - Ensure accounts are balanced and reconciled and sync with the Accounting Master File (AMF) for every client - Manage month end-closing activities - Review work prepared by analysts and take responsibility for team performance - Unblock analysts and seniors with little help from the onshore team - Communicate resourcing needs and roadblocks with VP of Controllership Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting (CA/CPA Preferred) - 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial operations, or auditing in any business sector - High attention to detail, exceptional level of accuracy - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think outside given constraints - Proficiency with MS Office and working with spreadsheets - Prior QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online experience is a plus - Strong math skills and deep knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Ability to identify and resolve issues, present information clearly - Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and deal with ambiguity - Effective manager who can delegate tasks effectively - Enjoy working with a diverse set of growing companies,
