The property transfer process in case of resale of the ATS happy trails is very poor...given money for fit out but got no response from their side even after a month..they donot pick up calls and reply to emails. The flat and location quality is good but service is poor

The society is made by people living in that but the people here are very cold and non social. Far away from main locations. No auto here, if you have car then you can go anywhere. Don’t recommend for small family, as teenagers and kids here are rude and non friendly.

Worst society. Please do not ever think about shifting to this place. It is too far away from all the places and there is internet connectivity issues all over. Been living here for a long time and I can assure you. You do not want to spend your money here.

In case you believe in Vastu then Tower 11 & Tower 12 are not vastu designed. One should avoid these two towers.
