We are urgently looking for Manager/Assistant Manager Study Abroad Education for EduVib situated in Noida Sector -62. Our goal is to help and guide students in realizing their career aspirations and also help them enroll in their dream universities so they can pursue their preferred courses. Our mission is to make this process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Job Title – Manager/Assistant Manager – Study Abroad Education Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate Experience: Overall 5-10 years of experience & at least 2 years of experience as Team Leader in study abroad domain, preferably in an international context. Job Location: Sector 62, Noida. Office Timings: 10:30am - 7:00pm (Fixed Shift) Job Responsibilities: Must have extensive knowledge and experience regarding the university application and visa process for UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and many more Supervise a team of counsellors and other team members on a day-to-day basis Assess and monitor the performance of counsellors to ensure that they are meeting their performance benchmarks and undertake corrective measures as required Be responsible for meeting the targets set for self and subordinates under supervision Must be equipped to handle student, application and visa escalations and take appropriate action for quick solution Must be able to advise, verify and compile all necessary documentation for fulfilling university admission and visa requirements Must be able to come up with strategies and plan of action for attracting potential applicants and retaining them till end of process Must be familiar corresponding with university delegates as well as coordinating training for self and other team members Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities Handle phone calls, answer queries of leads, do timely follow-ups and update database of queries made Communicate with potential leads through multiple channels such as phone enquiries, emails, WhatsApp and various social media platforms to ensure conversions. Any other duties and responsibilities as set by management. Additional Requirements: Must have excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills Must be a Good Leader and Efficient Decision Maker. Well-mannered and extremely punctual Will be able to achieve targets within the provided timelines Should be a good motivator & decision maker Presentable Personality Should be a multitasker and have the ability to work under pressure
