We are seeking to hire a HRBP for our client - leader in quick commerce for their Bangalore location office. Job Responsibilities: The HRBP - AM/Manager will oversee all people-related matters in the region, ensuring seamless HR operations and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leveraging data and metrics to address business challenges, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with key stakeholders on HR and people-related issues. Analyze and improve business processes to enhance the people experience. Drive performance, talent management, and engagement initiatives. Manage end-to-end HR activities, policy implementation, and compliance. Lead grievance resolution, ethical/IR issue handling, and employee well-being efforts. Key Success Metrics: Employee NPS Employee UPL Your Profile: The role entails managing performance, talent development, hiring strategies, and policy compliance, while focusing on employee engagement and grievance management. Additionally, the manager will handle attendance systems, ethical/IR issues, and collaboration with vendors for blue-collar workforce management, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
