Job Description

Paltech Cooling Towers & Equipments Ltd., a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling towers and project-based engineering solutions, is looking for a Factory HR with strong experience in Manpower handling, Legal compliances, ISO certifications, Audit & Inspections and manpower arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:-

• will be responsible for Legal Compliance, IR issues .
• Coordination with government department
• Liasoning and other all Administration work
• Will be responsible to handle entire HR related works
• Will be responsible for manpower arrangements & grievance handling
• Will manage Factory audit, external inspections & ISO certifications

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience-8-10 years as an HR
• Should have good communication skills
• Must have Factory experience
• Candidate Should be MBA in HR

Job Location- Nuh, Haryana

Salary- 5.50 lpa to 7.0 lpa
