The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Compliance Manager in Singapore, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the maintenance of Syfe's obligations as a licensed entity.Location: GurgaonWhat You'll Do

Perform anti-money laundering (AML), combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) and know-your-client (KYC) activities including Client Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), ongoing name screening, periodic CDD reviews, and transaction monitoring for potential suspicious activities.
Prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) where required, ensuring timely escalation and documentation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Client Success team, to address AML/KYC-related queries and support client onboarding and review processes.
Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of AML/CFT policies, procedures, and training materials.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AML, KYC, or Client Due Diligence within a financial institution or regulated environment with MAS and/or SFC licensed firms.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Independent, task-oriented and enjoys autonomy in day-to-day tasks.
Meticulous and has great attention to detail.
