Job Summary: Responsible for Design and Development of Batching Plant ensuring timely release of BOM and manufacturing drawings to internal departments and maintain records for release. Must have Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have strong team collaboration skills Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal department personnel, customers, vendors and senior management. Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management Nice to have Skills Competencies Required: Must have strong knowledge of tools, hands-on experience, and best practices in designing mechanical equipment using AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and any 3D modelling software and engineering drawings. Must have knowledge on selection of OEM components. Have knowledge on any ERP package. Must have knowledge in M.S Office-Suite Roles and Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of customer-based new design and development tasks. Studying and understanding concepts and technical information from the Parent Company and introducing as applicable Preparation of concept, 3D model, part drawings and assembly drawings Preparation of Product Bill of Material Release of drawings and Bill of Material to internal departments and maintain records for release Interaction with Original Equipment Manufacturers. Reviewing and freezing the technical specification and drawings of OEM components. Technical support to Vendors, Customers and Internal departments. Coordination with production in shop floor during new product development Review and process engineering change requests. Spare parts manual and operating manual support to Documentation and verification. Review and Process Value engineering ideas / proposals Review and Process customer complaints and warranty related queries Preparation of Time Schedules for special projects. Preparation of costing guidelines to support Costing for special Projects. Supporting in preparation of GA Layouts in case of special requirement. Preparing transportation drawings.
