Amazon Seller Support Executive (Junior / Senior)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Product Listing & Optimization: Create, optimize, and manage product listings with engaging content and Amazon SEO best practices. Implement A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and backend keyword optimization. Amazon PPC & Advertising (For Senior Level) Plan and execute Amazon Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and DSP campaigns to boost sales. Monitor ACOS, ROAS, and make data-driven optimizations. Account Health & Compliance: Monitor account health, resolve listing issues, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. Handle account suspensions, listing removals, and customer complaints. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure stock availability. Manage FBA & FBM shipments, returns, and claims processing. Customer Support & Review Management: Respond to customer queries, manage reviews & ratings, and improve customer satisfaction. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Track competitor strategies, pricing, and keyword trends to improve product positioning. Multi-Marketplace Expansion (For Senior Level) Assist in expanding to Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces . Preferred candidate profile Junior Level: Experience: 0-2 years in Amazon Seller Central / eCommerce. Skills: Strong in content writing, keyword research, and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) . Freshers with good analytical & writing skills are encouraged to apply. Senior Level: Experience: 2-5 years in Amazon Seller Central, PPC, account management, and growth strategies. Preferred: Experience in Amazon USA, UK, or international marketplaces .
