Job Description

Amazon Sales Manager Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and revenue on Amazon.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to boost conversions.

2. Amazon Account Management

Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central operations.
Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels.
Ensure catalog accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies.

3. Product Listing & Optimization

Create and optimize listings with relevant keywords, high-quality content, and A+ descriptions.
Improve product rankings through SEO and keyword research.
Coordinate with design teams for images, infographics, and creatives.

4. Advertising & Marketing

Plan, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
Execute promotional activities, deals, coupons, and brand campaigns.
Track ROAS, ACOS, and manage advertising budgets efficiently.

5. Inventory & Order Management

Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock planning.
Monitor FBA inventory, inbound shipments, and avoid stockouts/overstocking.
Improve inventory performance index (IPI).

6. Data Analysis & Reporting

Generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
Analyze customer behavior, competitor performance, and category trends.
Present actionable insights to management.

7. Customer Service & Feedback Management

Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Monitor product reviews & ratings; take steps to improve them.
Implement strategies to reduce return rates and negative feedback.
