Role Overview:

Amazon Connect Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement
Amazon Connect
solutions for contact center environments.
Integrate
AWS services
relevant to contact center operations (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch).
Develop automation scripts and workflows using
Python
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements for Amazon Connect deployments.
(Optional but advantageous) Work on
basic DevOps tasks
including
Terraform
for infrastructure automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years
of experience in contact center technologies with a focus on
Amazon Connect
.
Strong knowledge of
AWS services
related to contact center solutions.
Proficiency in
Python scripting
for automation and integration.
Familiarity with
basic DevOps practices
;
Terraform
experience is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certifications (e.g.,
AWS Certified Developer
,
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
) are an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
