Amazon Account Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Amazon Account Manager to become a vital part of our growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of key client accounts and lead their growth across Amazon’s fast-paced and evolving marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Manage Amazon seller accounts across India and the USA, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Develop and implement customized growth strategies to boost sales, profitability, and market share. Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. Create and optimize product listings with compelling content, A+ Content, and keyword-rich metadata. Manage catalog updates and bulk uploads using flat files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon guidelines. Support clients with inventory planning and FBA shipment coordination. Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, ACOS, and account health. Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues. Requirements: 1-3 years of dedicated hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts for various products/brands. Proven experience handling accounts on both Amazon.com (USA) and Amazon.in (India). Skilled in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a focus on getting strong results. Good understanding of Amazon SEO, how the A9 algorithm works, and how to improve product listings. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
