Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Main Purpose Supplier end sample inspection, PPAP approvals, Process & controls validation, 8D Analysis, NCR analysis & Actions. Major responsibilities & duties To be responsible for supplier end inspection, supplier evaluation (EQ Audit), supplier development, and supplier Process Audit. Supplier related NCR investigation, validation, containment action implementation [8D]. New component development, process approvals, PPAP review. To review the batch manufacturing records and the in-process results at supplier end. Support & alignment with inward QA team/ design team for sample inspection at Inward stage. To monitor the performance of suppliers & improve performance through various actions. To analyze non-conformity and feedback on preventive and corrective actions. Maintain clear record for all inspections, audits & other activities related to supplier. To periodically review at supplier end for all inspection and quality control activities to determine conformance with authorized policies and procedures and with sound practice Preferred candidate profile : BE/ B.
