Designation : AM Location : Vikhroli Job Purpose Roles & Responsibilities: SAP S/4 HANA Expertise Strong SAP PP/QM Module expertise and its integration with other SAP Modules. Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes of CPG or related industry. Understand and document business requirements and assess fitment with SAP PP/QM standard functionalities Validate functional and technical specification documents Identify process improvement opportunities and drive process re-engineering /transformation Drive business application enhancements in the event of organizational changes or changes to business processes Analyse business processes to determine and recommend IT solutions taking into consideration the business objectives, issues and the functional capabilities of the SAP S/4 HANA. Project Management Ensure business IT initiatives are followed through from conceptualisation to project implementation. Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans for implementation of SAP PP/QM module and/or functional process improvements Engage and manage senior functional stakeholders through effective communication and ensuring business needs are met in a timely manner. Liaise with external vendors with regards to configuration, implementation and maintenance of SAP Application. SAP S/4 HANA Support (PP/QM Module) Coordinate with business users, peers in IT Centre of Excellence and third party AMS support team for ensuring timely and quality support to incidents and change requests to SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM Module. Effectively communicate application changes and issues to business stakeholders and external vendors. Support SAP application upgrade plans and disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Ensure adequate process controls, process documentation and process governance in SAP and also provide support to internal and external application audits. Q U ALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate should have: MCA or B.E. (Computers/ Electronics/ IT) SKILLS REQ U IRED - Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM module. - Project management and hands on experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP PP/QM Module as a functional consultant. - CPG industry experience is preferred - Ability to handle cultural differences and geographical complexities - Strong communication & interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders - Willingness to travel for global project implementations (Subject to restrictions due to Covid Pandemic) K EY RELATIONSHIPS This role will report to VP IT. The incumbent will have to work closely with multiple stakeholders across geographies as well as liaise with external vendors.
