Position: Assistant Manager - Proposal & Estimation Engineering (Water, Waste Water Solution & Process Industry experience) Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Job Profile: Sound technical knowledge on membrane technology-based systems in the field of water, waste water, process technology. Responsible for leading a team of engineers and guiding/mentoring them. Responsible for proposals of water, wastewater & purified water generation treatment systems which includes process design, process description, control philosophy, description of equipment's, scope of supply, Operating cost etc. Responsible for tender study, understanding the specifications and requirement and making pre-bid queries and scheme selection. Technical coordination with team, consultants and end users/customers. Sound knowledge in accurate cost estimation of projects. Responsible for BOQ & cost estimation of the project for bidding. New vendor development and cost optimization . Documentation & reporting. Desired Profile: B.E / B. Tech in Chemical & Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience with Water, & Waste Water Solution & Process Industry. Familiar with UF, RO, Softener, ZLD, DM Plant Ability to learn things quickly. Good team building and mentoring skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office Package/computer proficiency.
