Position: : Production Planning AM Department: Cable Assembly Location - Bhosari industrial area, Pune Experience: 8 to 10 years ( No gap in education as well as in Profession) Education: BE Mechanical Preferred Candidate- Male Working: - 5.5 days a week Candidates having work experience in an international company would be having an added advantage. Job Description: - 1. Knowledge of ERP workflow and MRP concept. 2. Evaluate capacity requirements to demand based on backlog, forecast and any other strategic initiatives like safety stock. 3. Work with customer service, demand planning for supply planning. Work closely with all other department like Product engineering and Manufacturing engineering 4. Initiate capacity assessment and carry out review for capacity planning infrastructure/ manpower. 5. Draw/Release production and sales plan on monthly and Yearly basis. 6. Shortage review/demand planning for customer order (Series and NPI Products). 7. Digitalization and Automation of Planning Process. 8. Drive for continuous improvement. 9. Improving Existing Conventional Planning Process by implementing Automation Tools, Strategy & Advanced Techniques . 10. Should possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of Excel and Word. 11. Should possess very good Analytical skills and problem-solving skills. 12. Should have very good verbal and written communication skills and should be a people person as he or she will enter in contact with many people, ranging from managers to other colleagues. 13. Should understand stock, lean and Kaizen management, etc Tools: ERP knowledge, Proficient in MS excel, Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI will be an added advantage. Responsibilities : 1. Customer order acknowledgement. 2. Production planning and scheduling. 3. Revenue management of department. 4. MRP analysis, preparing and releasing shop orders. 5. Follow - up for priority & urgencies (Customer order management) 6. Follow - up for missing with internal dept. and suppliers (procurement, primary parts & Assembly). 7.
