Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Employee Relations - Queries and Grievances at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in handling various tasks related to online enrollment processes, events management in PeopleSoft, audits, error report management, vendor coordination, COBRA and FSA administration, and ACA administration and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing error reports received from vendors regarding eligibility issues - Overseeing all COBRA and FSA plan administration - Handling the Online Enrollment process efficiently - Processing events in PeopleSoft accurately - Conducting benefit audits to ensure correct employee enrollments - Participating in cyclical benefit programs such as open enrollment processes, keying elections in the system, ACA administration, and compliance - Assisting in resolving employee benefit-related queries - Performing any other duties as assigned by the company In order to excel in this role, we seek the following qualifications from you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in human resources - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer - Proficiency in English is essential, while bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus - Strong multitasking abilities and a track record of delivering effective results within tight deadlines - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Experience with Peoplesoft HRMS Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience in Paradox, PeopleSoft, and SuccessFactors will be advantageous - Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Finance or related fields If you are passionate about employee relations, have a strong background in HR, and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Genpact.,
