We have been mandated by a large chemical conglomerate for the below mentioned position. Position Name : AM / DM / Mgr Quality Location : Gujarat Qualification: Msc Chemistry Experience: Minimum 10-20 years of experience Job Summary : He will oversee the quality control systems and operations within the plant. This position ensures that the products manufactured meet all internal and external quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer specifications. The role involves leading a team of quality control professionals, improving processes, implementing quality assurance strategies, and maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and efficiency in all stages of production. Key Responsibilities : Quality Management : Monitor quality performance, ensuring products meet required specifications and standards. Compliance & Regulatory : Ensure compliance with all local, national regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to quality. Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure smooth product development and manufacturing. Product Testing & Inspection : Oversee the quality control testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all quality assurance processes, including reports, procedures, and records.
