Job Description

Developing Control System as per the requirements of Machine specification and functions, customization as per the customer requirements. Electrical circuit Design & Selection of electrical components, Handling BOMs in SAP.

Roles and Responsibilities

Developing electrical circuits as per the requirements of Machine specification and functions, customization as per the customer requirements.
Development of electrical circuits (Schematic diagram & Wiring Harness diagram) in

E-Plan: 2D.

GA Layouts in E-Plan - 3D models
Preparation of Machine wiring Harness routings in 3D (Solid Edge / Creo).
Selection of electrical components as per the standards and requirements.
Technical evaluation of components based on specification.
Preparation of BOM in SAP for complete system and release to internal customers.
Co-ordination for Proto Assembly and Testing.
Preparation of Operating and Instruction Manuals & Spare parts Manuals.
Activities specified as part of the KPIs with relevant targets and weightages shall be performed.

Knowledge:

Strong knowledge in Electrical Circuits – Control and Power circuits of control system.
Strong Knowledge in E-Plan – 2D & 3D.
Strong Knowledge in 3D CAD Software Solid Edge / Creo for Machine wiring Harness Routings.
Strong Knowledge in Electrical component selection.
Strong Knowledge in SAP for Design BOM handling.
Strong Knowledge in MS office.

Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with Customers, Suppliers and interdepartmental personnel
Exposure in Autocadd will be an added advantage.
Exposure in PLM software will be an added advantage
