Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing BTL marketing campaigns, including promotions, activations, and events.

2. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.

4. Manage on-ground brand activations, in-store promotions, sampling activities, and sponsorship events.

5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, including ROI and engagement metrics.

6. Work closely with the sales team to drive customer engagement and lead generation.

7. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and activities.

8. Support the digital marketing team in integrating BTL activities with online campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Creativity and a passion for marketing strategies.

4. Ability to multitask and handle on-ground execution.

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

6. Willingness to travel for events and activations.
