About the Role: We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing Partnerships to drive user acquisition through performance marketing and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can drive paid campaigns efficiently while also identifying and managing high-impact distribution partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing (Performance Growth): Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant channels. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS. Work with internal teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging strategies. Leverage programmatic and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency. Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments and targeting approaches.Partnerships for Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners to drive customer acquisition. Monitor partner performance, analyse key metrics, and optimize collaborations for maximum impact. Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives. Stay updated on industry trends to explore new acquisition opportunities and partnership models.Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and partnerships (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce). Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, UAC, etc.). Experience in managing partnerships, negotiating deals, and executing co-marketing campaigns. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have: Experience in the gaming or real-money gaming (RMG) industry. Prior work with OEM partnerships, telco partnerships, or alternative app.
