Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Event Planning and Support
• Assist in organizing alumni events, reunions, webinars, and networking sessions.
• Coordinate logistics such as registrations, setup, signage, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
• Represent the alumni office at selected events and orientations.
• Liaise with Faculty Alumni Coordinators and Student Alumni Committee Members for information and reporting.
• Alumni Engagement and Communications
• Assist in managing alumni social media accounts and engagement platforms.
• Collect and organize alumni stories, testimonials, and success highlights.
• Respond to alumni queries and help reconnect with lost or inactive alumni.
• Analyze engagement data and assist in preparing communication and activity reports.
• Coordinate with institutions for alumni job postings and mentorship allotment.
• Data and Administrative Tasks
• Update and maintain alumni databases with accurate contact and engagement information.
• Manage records, filing, and documentation related to alumni interactions and events.
• Content Creation
• Support content writing for newsletters, event materials, and social media posts.
• Assist in designing promotional and event-related collateral.
• Help in updating website content and alumni portal materials.
