Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Toolroom Manager. The Toolroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the toolroom, managing toolroom staff, ensuring the maintenance and repair of all tools and equipment, developing and implementing toolroom processes, and collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues. Qualifications Extensive experience in Toolroom Management and Tool Maintenance Strong understanding of Precision Machining and Equipment Usage Skills in Process Development and Implementation Excellent Leadership and Team Management abilities Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
