As the Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing and Resources (EMR) Lead for Europe reporting to the India Consulting Hub Lead, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our consulting business in these sectors. You will leverage existing and emerging capabilities to create new strategic growth areas that deliver substantial profitable growth for accounts locally and globally. We are looking for someone with extensive management consulting expertise, particularly with experience in working with top professional service firms globally. Your responsibilities will include leading growth across various areas such as Platform-led Modernisation, Customer Centricity, Strategic Growth and Innovation, Digital Adoption, and Technology-enabled Business & Operations. Additionally, you will be expected to bring consulting capabilities in areas like Digital Experiences & Design Thinking, CxO Advisory, New Ways of Working, and Vendor Consolidation. Prior experience in the Energy or Utilities sectors would be advantageous for this role. As the EMR Europe Lead, you will be responsible for building C-level relationships, leveraging strategic partnerships for business growth strategies, working closely with Global Account Executives, and embracing Wipro's 5-Habits for Success - Being Respectful, Being Responsive, Always Communicating, Demonstrating Stewardship, and Building Trust. Areas of Focus: - Growth: Define a sound business growth strategy for priority EMR accounts, open new business opportunities, and position consulting skills and capabilities effectively. - Relationships: Develop deep expertise and industry connections to drive the consulting and advisory business. - Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services for various process areas within strategic clients. - Customer Centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme, ensuring alignment with client goals. - Branding: Assist in creating a strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing mindshare. Experience Required: - Develop Business, Sell & Deliver - Own executive relationships with key clients in the EUMR sectors, act as a strategic advisor. - Drive account growth through identification and pursuit of consulting, digital, and transformation opportunities. - Partner with sales and account teams to shape winning proposals and engagement models. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship building skills. - Drive transformation, propose effective strategies, and lead the execution of change. - Talent Management: Focus on nurturing, developing, and mentoring top talent into future consulting business leaders. - Thought Leadership: Converse with industry leaders, propose solutions, and contribute to thought leadership in the industry. Role Purpose: The Domain Head at Wipro is the P&L owner and provides strategic leadership and direction to SBU domain teams in terms of capability, thought leadership, and people competency. The role holder is responsible for formulating and executing the domain strategy to position Wipro as the preferred choice for clients in the upstream domain consulting space, while also identifying downstream opportunities. The Domain Head is also tasked with pursuit strategy, developing marketable domain solutions, building partner alliances, and maintaining analyst relations across all verticals of the SBU. Key Responsibilities: - Direct larger sales activities, bids, and proposals. - Identify new areas of growth and allocate resources to seize opportunities. - Sell a spectrum of services and solutions from across the organization. - Contribute to long-term revenue generation plans and set revenue targets. - Invest in the development of new value propositions in line with market trends. - Provide vertical/industry consulting capability to clients across multiple business functions. - Develop a roadmap for industry growth areas and competitive service offerings. - Build partnerships with solution providers, alliance partners, and analysts. - Incubate new revenue streams through the identification of domain areas for short, medium, and long-term growth. - Present thought leadership content at strategic industry and analyst conferences. - Ensure growth in business advisory and consulting capabilities.
