Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer, based in Surat. The Product Designer will conceptualize, design, and refine products, focusing on both form and functionality. Responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking processes, creating visual designs, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align with customer needs and market trends. Qualifications Strong skills in Product Design, Visual Design, and Design Thinking Experience in User Research and UX Research for understanding customer needs and preferences Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to product development Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a team Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for creating user-centric solutions Prior experience in manufacturing or lighting solutions design is an advantage
