Algorithm Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building, training, and testing multiple CNN models. Your role will involve optimizing model training & inference by utilizing multiple GPUs and CPU cores. Additionally, you should have a keen interest in Life Sciences, Image processing, Genomics, and Multi-omics analysis. It is expected that you are interested in reading and implementing research papers in the relevant field. You should have strong experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Your programming skills in Python should be strong, and you should have experience with libraries such as Ski-Learn and NumPy. Experience with training Object detection Models like YOLOv3/Mask CNN and semantic segmentation models like DeepLab, Unet is required. A good understanding of image processing and computer vision algorithms like watershed, histogram matching, etc., is also necessary. Experience with cell segmentation and membrane segmentation using CNNs is optional. You will be an individual contributor in this role.
