Algo Developer

As a Software Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing low-latency algorithmic trading strategies using languages such as C and C++. Your role will involve continuously analyzing and optimizing the performance, efficiency, and execution speed of existing algorithms and trading systems. You will collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and other software engineers to enhance trading models and develop new features. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our proprietary trading platform, including order and execution management systems. Your duties will also include managing the deployment pipeline, monitoring live trading system performance, and resolving production issues in real-time. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. You should have expertise in C++ for high-frequency, performance-critical applications. Basic understanding of Python and familiarity with C# for Front End development (optional) are also preferred. A solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming is essential. Problem-solving abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach to code development and performance analysis are crucial. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in C++ development is mandatory.
