Job Title: Accountant / Senior Accountant Department: Finance / Accounting Reports To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance Job Summary: The Accountant / Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role involves managing general ledger activities, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, supporting audits, and assisting in financial planning and analysis. The Senior Accountant is also expected to review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance as needed. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Reporting Financial Analysis & Control Audit & Compliance Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) preferred. Accountant: 58 years of relevant experience. Senior Accountant: 815 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry.
