Role & responsibilities Maintenance Planning Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules for hard and soft services. Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive tasks, and asset lifecycle activities. Ensure work orders are generated, assigned, and closed within agreed timelines using CAFM (e.g., Concept Evolution, Maximo, Archibus). Resource & Compliance Coordination Allocate manpower and materials based on task priority and availability. Monitor statutory compliance tasks (e.g., fire safety, water hygiene, HVAC servicing). Track subcontractor performance and ensure documentation is updated for audits. Reporting & Optimization Generate reports on task completion, backlog, SLA adherence, and KPI performance. Analyze trends to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Support mobilization planning for new contracts and demobilization of completed projects. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Excel. Strong understanding of FM operations and asset management. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in FM planning/scheduling/Oil & Gas in the UAE.
