Job Summary

Akshaya Centre Kavumkara (EKM 265) is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly staff member to support daily operations, handle online services, and assist customers with documentation and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service for all Akshaya/CSC services
  • Assist customers with form filling, corrections, and submissions
  • Perform data entry, scanning, printing, and photocopying
  • Maintain service records and documentation accuracy
  • Help manage front-office operations smoothly
  • Handle customer queries politely and effectively
  • Learn and operate government service portals
  • Support cash/receipt handling (if required)

Qualifications

  • Plus Two / Degree (Any stream)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Malayalam (mandatory), Basic English
  • Experience in Akshaya/CSC will be an added advantage

Skills Required

  • Good customer handling
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Fast data entry & accuracy
  • Ability to learn new services quickly
  • Polite communication & teamwork

Working Hours

  • Full-time (As per Akshaya Centre timings)

Salary

  • Based on qualification & experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
