Job Summary Akshaya Centre Kavumkara (EKM 265) is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly staff member to support daily operations, handle online services, and assist customers with documentation and applications. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service for all Akshaya/CSC services Assist customers with form filling, corrections, and submissions Perform data entry, scanning, printing, and photocopying Maintain service records and documentation accuracy Help manage front-office operations smoothly Handle customer queries politely and effectively Learn and operate government service portals Support cash/receipt handling (if required) Qualifications Plus Two / Degree (Any stream) Basic computer and typing skills Malayalam (mandatory), Basic English Experience in Akshaya/CSC will be an added advantage Skills Required Good customer handling MS Office knowledge Fast data entry & accuracy Ability to learn new services quickly Polite communication & teamwork Working Hours Full-time (As per Akshaya Centre timings) Salary Based on qualification & experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
