Role Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Email Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in email marketing, automation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B SaaS audiences, with experience in creating compelling, conversion-focused email campaigns across the funnel. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to support lead generation, product marketing, and customer engagement. Own email calendar planning in coordination with content, sales, and product teams. Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user journey and behavior. Build and optimize automated email workflows (drip campaigns, onboarding sequences, nurture tracks, etc.). Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and run A/B tests to continuously improve outcomes. Ensure email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Requirements 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity. Proficiency with email marketing platform HubSpot. Strong copywriting skills with a clear, engaging tone tailored to B2B audiences. Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and list management best practices. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment. Nice to Have Experience setting up multi-step nurture journeys and behavioral triggers. Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and funnel strategy. Familiarity with compliance and security-related product messaging. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design tweaks.
