Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer, located in Noida. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions to enhance the usability and functionality of products. Specific day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, employing design thinking methodologies, creating prototypes, and developing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces through UX and visual design strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in Google Angular Framework Expertise in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design to create engaging and practical designs Experience with Prototyping to develop and test design concepts efficiently Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar is preferred Ability to stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices Previous experience in designing for enterprise software or startups is a plus Some knowledge of Design Thinking and User Research to identify user needs and define intuitive solutions Bachelor's degree in Technology or Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field Experience of 2-3 years Salary and benefits would be commensurate with the industry
