About Us AIRTH Research Pvt. Ltd. is developing an innovative smart home and air quality management platform (AIRTH App). We are looking for a highly skilled developer to create a parallel application for our Service Delivery (SSD) agents to streamline field operations and ensure a "Customer First" experience, inspired by the principles of companies like Urban Company. The Project: SSD Agent App The goal is to build a high-quality, user-friendly web/Android/iOS application from scratch within one month. This app will be the primary tool for our field technicians, connecting them with the back-office and customers. It needs to be intuitive, reliable, and functional, even in areas with limited connectivity. Key features will include: ● Scheduling & Dispatch: Technicians to view daily schedules, accept jobs, and receive real-time updates and push notifications. ● Job Management: Digital work orders, checklists for service tasks, customer signature capture, and photo documentation. ● Customer Interaction: Access to customer information and service history, with in-app communication tools. ● Data Capture & Reporting: Offline functionality for data entry (attendance, expenses, job details) that syncs when connectivity is restored. ● Asset Management: Ability to scan QR codes or barcodes to identify and log device information and service reports. ● GPS & Navigation: Route optimization and real-time location tracking for efficient travel. Key Responsibilities ● Translate project requirements into a dynamic, functional, and user-friendly cross-platform application within the 1-month timeline. ● Design and implement user interfaces and features, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. ● Integrate APIs and third-party services (e.g., maps, CRM data, payment gateways). ● Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and a bug-free experience across all targeted platforms (web, Android, iOS). ● Collaborate closely with the product development team to align the agent app with the existing user-facing application ecosystem. ● Ensure all code is cleanly organized, high-quality, and adheres to standard coding practices. Required Skills and Qualifications ● Proven experience as a mobile app developer, software developer, or similar role. ● Proficiency in cross-platform development frameworks such as Flutter or React Native . ● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party library integration. ● Experience with databases (e.g., NoSQL like MongoDB or Firebase) for handling real-time data synchronization. ● A portfolio of successfully released mobile applications is a plus.
