Tensoten Services is looking for Airline Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Assist passengers with booking reservations, issuing tickets, and processing payments. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and travel policies. Check- in passengers and their baggage; ensure compliance with security and safety regulations. Resolve booking discrepancies, seat assignment issues, and other customer inquiries. Handle changes to flight itineraries, including rebooking flights and issuing new tickets. Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities. Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger flow. Promote and sell ancillary products and services, such as travel insurance and upgrades. Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, passenger interactions, and flight transactions. Provide courteous and professional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
