• Handle end-to-end air ticketing
• Manage hotel reservations, coordination & follow-ups
• Build detailed and accurate travel itineraries
• Resolve client travel queries and issues with professionalism
• Ensure smooth communication with vendors and clients
• Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced travel environment

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in air ticketing & hotel bookings
• Strong knowledge of GDS/booking platforms
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Customer-first mindset
