AI/ML Lead

Job Description

• 5 years of relevant hands-on experience • Experience on both traditional ML and Deep Learning • Implemented use cases involving complex Gen AI and AI usage - advanced RAG, finetuning, optimization, agentic approaches (simple LLM integrations in chatbot or basic RAG will not be sufficient) • Strong experience with at least one of the hyperscalars (GCP, Azure, AWS) • Model pipeline creation, deployment and maintenance • Understanding of containerization, security, architectural design patterns, etc. Mandatory Skill - Must Have - Traditional ML + Deep Learning + GenAI Implementation + Advance RAG + Agentic AI.
