What we're looking for:

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement

  RAG-based architectures

  combining LLMs with document retrieval systems.
• Build and optimize

  embedding generation

  ,

  vector database storage

  , and

  context retrieval

  pipelines.
• Integrate AI components with existing web applications via

  RESTful APIs

  or

  FastAPI/Django/Flask

  frameworks.
• Develop, test, and maintain

  backend endpoints

  for AI-powered features.
• Work with

  OpenAI

  ,

  Azure OpenAI

  , or other LLM providers to fine-tune and deploy model endpoints.
• Handle

  data ingestion, transformation, and indexing

  from multiple sources (databases, files, APIs).
• Develop and deploy

  computer vision models

  for tasks such as image classification, object detection, or visual search.
• Collaborate with frontend, data, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth model deployment and performance monitoring.
• Maintain proper

  version control

  ,

  logging

  , and

  error-handling

  for AI services in production.
• Optimize latency and response quality in real-time AI inference pipelines.

Required skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

• 2–3 years

  of experience developing and deploying

  ML/NLP and Computer Vision

  solutions.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and frameworks like

  FastAPI

  ,

  Flask

  , or

  Django REST Framework

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  LangChain

  ,

  LlamaIndex

  , or similar RAG orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with

  vector databases

  such as

  Pinecone

  ,

  FAISS

  ,

  Chroma

  Weaviate

• Experience integrating

  LLM APIs

  (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) into production systems.
• Experience with

• Good understanding of

• Experience integrating

  multimodal AI models
