AI/ML Engineer

Description The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements, tuning, and validation techniques.
• Deploy ML models into production environments (cloud or on-prem) and monitor model life cycles.
• Research and experiment with new algorithms, tools, and frameworks.
• Build reusable ML pipelines and automation frameworks using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent.
• Maintain proper documentation, versioning, and reproducibility of ML experiments.
  

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and ML/DL libraries such as : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs / Transformers) is a plus.
• Good understanding of ML algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, time series, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred services : SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and ML model deployment.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Certifications in AI/ML (optional but preferred).
