Role Overview:

high-potential freshers from the 2025 batch

ML, LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Build PoCs and hands-on projects using

  LangChain

  and

  LangGraph

• Implement

  RAG workflows

  , including embeddings, retrieval logic, and vector search
• Write well-structured prompts using best practices in

  Prompt Engineering

• Evaluate models using metrics such as

  Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall, F1-score

  , etc.
• Support development of ML utilities (preprocessing, evaluation scripts, data prep)
• Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI components into broader solutions
• Document experiments, approaches, and results clearly
• Communicate findings and ideas effectively in English.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise:

• Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

• Basics of Machine Learning

  (classification, regression, overfitting, regularization, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with at least one project (internship/academic/personal) using: LangChain/ LangGraph

• Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques

• Familiarity with

  ML metrics

  : Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall, F1-score

• Excellent English communication skills

  , written and verbal

• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Coursework in:

  Probability & Statistics, Linear Algebra, Deep Learning

• Understanding of

  complex LangGraph topologies

  (branching, conditional edges, agents)
• Exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Familiarity with Hugging Face and open-source LLM ecosystems

Required Background:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related engineering fields

• Graduating in

  2025

• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML through internships, research, or personal projects
