AI/ML Developer

Role Overview: You are a Python & AI/ML Developer joining our client's team. Your role involves designing, developing, and refining machine learning models and algorithms to enhance products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models. - Collect, preprocess, and analyze data for model training, validation, and testing. - Evaluate, fine-tune, and enhance existing ML and deep learning models. - Create technical designs for AI/ML/NLP/NLU/NLG projects and lead implementation. - Work with product teams, analysts, and developers to integrate ML models into applications. - Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, deep learning, and LLMs. - Mentor and guide junior developers in AI/ML practices and tools. Qualification Required: - 5-8 years of proven experience in AI/ML development with Python. - Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. - Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms. - Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern NLP techniques. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred - SageMaker, Aurora, MongoDB, Analytics). - Familiarity with data science tools (Python, R; knowledge of Java/C is a plus). - Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud solutions (AWS/GCP). - Ability to produce robust, scalable, and production-ready ML solutions. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Leadership skills to train and develop a team of AI/ML developers.
