Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI/ML Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vector Search, Vertex AI, and LLM tools like Gemini and LangChain. This role involves developing intelligent workflows, secure and scalable infrastructure, and real-time intent detection systems across multiple user flows. As part of our tech team, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge GenAI products and AI-powered APIs. The role demands a strong understanding of backend development (FastAPI/Python), integration with cloud services, and deployment automation through DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Vertex AI and GCP. Design and implement vector search pipelines using GCP services. Integrate LLMs (e.g., Gemini) with LangChain for context-aware interactions. Build secure, scalable APIs with FastAPI and Python. Implement prompt engineering strategies for improved AI outputs. Design multi-flow intent detection systems with high accuracy. Collaborate with the DevOps team for CI/CD automation using GitHub. Ensure secure infrastructure practices on GCP. Continuously optimise performance and accuracy of ML pipelines. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development. Hands-on experience with Vector Search using GCP . Proficiency in Vertex AI , Gemini , and Prompt Engineering . Experience with LangChain and LLM integration. Strong in Python and FastAPI backend development. Knowledge of Intent Detection across multiple conversation flows. Good understanding of Secure Cloud Infrastructure on GCP. DevOps experience with GitHub CI/CD workflows. Experience working with Firestore NoSQL databases. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
