AI/ML Architect

Role Overview: As an experienced AI/ML Architect at Guidewire, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced AI and machine learning solutions within the platform. Your deep technical expertise and architectural vision will play a crucial role in driving scalable, innovative, and effective AI integrations to enhance the insurance software offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Architect high-level AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals and product strategies. - Lead the end-to-end design of AI/ML components ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. - Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into Guidewire applications. - Define standards, best practices, and governance for AI/ML development and deployment. - Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption into the platform. - Drive technical innovation by exploring advanced AI/ML techniques including deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics. - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders. - Document architecture, workflows, and technical specifications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; PhD preferred. - 10 years of relevant experience. - Extensive experience designing and implementing AI/ML architectures in enterprise environments. - Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. - Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Hands-on experience with big data technologies and distributed computing. - Solid understanding of software architecture principles and system integration. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
