Job Title: AI/ML Architect Location: Chennai, India Work Mode: Hybrid Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies , with a proven track record of delivering scalable, efficient, and business-driven solutions in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: • Architect & Develop AI Solutions: Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives and scalability requirements. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into actionable AI/ML solutions. • Implementation Oversight: Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of AI models and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the ML lifecycle . • Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and incorporate cutting-edge innovations to maintain a competitive edge. • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and AI engineers , fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation . Qualifications & Skills: • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field . An MBA is a plus. • Experience: 15-20 years of overall IT experience , with at least 10 years in AI/ML roles . • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn . • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R , and other relevant programming languages. • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions. • Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) . • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools. • Knowledge of data governance and ethical AI considerations .
