Aif CAT ll - Senior Operation Manager Role- Aif Operations Skills- fund accounting, trade settlement,client servicing,reconcilation, NAV calculation, AIF operation Background- AMC, Mutual Fund Experinece- 7- 10 Years Location- Mumbai Email to - ************* Skills Required- Preparation of Capital event (Contributions & Distribution) summary and analysis to ensure correct investor allocation. Calculation of accruals quarterly and true up to actuals. Booking of valuations in accounting system received from the underlying Investments. Preparation of NAV packages on a quarterly basis. Review & submission of quarterly / annual SEBI, RBI & Income tax compliances. Coordinate with Internal and statutory auditor for Quarterly and Annual Audit requests. Reconciliation of Bank balances and accounting system balances on a Weekly and Monthly basis. Cash flow management, Reconciliations, Fund accounting - Cat 2 SEBI / Regulatory / AIF board reporting of AIF operations Co-ordination with Vendors for daily operations – RnT, Fund Accountant, Custodian, Auditors, System vendors etc. Statutory Audit / Internal Audit / System audit support / queries handling and finalization Distribution / Income Statement/ Form 64C/D / Subscription / redemption /Allotment – Other calculations Taxation and Valuation for the scheme – Listed / Unlisted MIS reporting for senior management, coordination with different departments Show more Show less
