Job Description

Lead the AI team in developing and optimizing machine learning models for digital content valuation. Manage and mentor a diverse team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. Define the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions and ensure their effective integration into products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and implement AI-powered features. Monitor and assess the performance of AI models and pipelines, implementing improvements as needed. Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning, and drive the adoption of best practices and new technologies. Skillset Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong understanding of AI methodologies, algorithms, and data-driven strategies. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading AI projects. Experience 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Qualification Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. PhD or advanced degrees.
