We are looking for an AI Video Specialist who can come in and scale our social channels with AI Avatars specifically. Key Responsibilities: AI-Powered Video Editing: Use AI tools like HeyGen, Runway, Pika, Level Apps, and traditional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva to create high-quality videos. Strong Design Eye: You understand what makes visuals pop, how to use typography effectively, and how to structure video content for maximum engagement. Editing at Scale: You can take raw footage, podcasts, or text-based scripts and turn them into polished videos fast. Data-Driven Approach: You track video performance and engagement, tweaking styles and formats based on what works best. Repurposing Mastery: Take long-form videos (e.g., podcasts, interviews, product demos) and turn them into bite-sized, high-impact content (Reels, Shorts, GIFs, Carousels). Trend-Aware Content: You stay updated on trending AI news, memes, and viral content and creatively integrate them into videos. AI + Video Tools: You experiment with MidJourney for visuals, AI-powered voiceovers, and other emerging AI editing techniques. Speed + Quality: You work fast without sacrificing creativity and quality. You can iterate on feedback quickly and improve continuously.
