AI Trainer (English Proficiency Required)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Trainer with strong English proficiency and previous experience in training AI models or working in related roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for annotating data, generating high-quality prompts and responses, and ensuring linguistic and contextual accuracy to help enhance AI language model performance. Key Responsibilities: Create, review, and refine datasets to train AI models. Provide feedback on AI-generated content for grammar, tone, and context. Design and evaluate prompts for various use cases. Collaborate with the AI team to improve training methodologies. Requirements: Proven experience as an AI Trainer, Data Annotator, Language Specialist, or similar role. Excellent command of English (written and verbal). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI tools. Background in content writing, linguistics, or language teaching is a plus.
