Job Title: AI Solutions Engineer Part-Time / Remote Contract Organization: DeveloperHub AI (A strategic AI product of Baskko Global India Private Limited) Work Mode: Fully Remote | Part-Time / Contract-Based Flexible work hours | Outcome-focused engagement About DeveloperHub AI: DeveloperHub AI is an AI-first developer ecosystem that empowers engineers to build faster, smarter, and collaboratively using Generative AI, code automation, and AI agents As we expand our AI infrastructure and product capabilities, we're looking for experienced AI Solutions Engineers to help us craft intelligent tools, build RAG-powered services, and deploy AI Agents that power real-world innovation, This is a remote and flexible opportunity, ideal for experienced developers seeking part-time or contract-based engagement to work on impactful AI projects, Role Overview: As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced GenAI features, building intelligent agents, and integrating them into cloud-native microservices and developer tools Youll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create real-world solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, cloud AI services (AWS/Azure), and open-source frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and CrewAI, This is a hands-on engineering role for professionals who want to push the boundaries of applied AI development in flexible, real-world settings, Key Responsibilities: Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including GenAI and RAG-based applications Develop, manage, and orchestrate AI Agents for intelligent automation and task delegation Integrate AI capabilities using platforms like Hugging Face, LangChain, CrewAI, etc Design and implement microservices or backend APIs using Java, Python, GoLang, Kotlin, or PHP Leverage GitHub Copilot and related tools for code acceleration and automation Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS or Azure using cloud-native practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable AI-enabled systems Optimize performance of retrieval systems, vector databases, and prompt pipelines Contribute to architectural decisions, model integrations, and security considerations Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, or RAG application development Proficiency in at least one programming language/framework: Python, Java, GoLang, Kotlin, PHP Experience with GenAI platforms, LLM APIs, RAG architecture, or vector databases (e-g , Pinecone, FAISS) Practical knowledge of GitHub Copilot, Git workflows, and collaborative coding practices Prior experience building or working with AI Agents using CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure AI/ML services (e-g , Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI) Familiarity with AI tooling, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and the ability to deliver within a distributed remote team Nice to Have (Bonus Skills): Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless AI deployments Knowledge of DevOps for AI, LLMOps pipelines, or API gateway integrations Contributions to open-source AI/agent frameworks Interest in developer tooling, SaaS products, or agent-first design approaches Engagement Details: Type: Part-Time / Contract-Based Mode: 100% Remote Compensation: Hourly or milestone-based (based on experience) Work Hours: Flexible (sync-ups based on deliverables or sprint schedule) Start Date: Immediate or as per mutual agreement What Youll Gain: Work on cutting-edge AI projects with real-world applications Flexible working hours and location independence Collaborative experience with a startup-driven and product-focused AI team Direct visibility and impact across DeveloperHub AIs global ecosystem Long-term potential for deeper engagement or full-time opportunities
