Position: AI SEO & GEO Specialist Location: Coimbatore Experience Level: 4+ Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI SEO & GEO Specialist to lead our efforts in optimizing digital content for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search technologies. This role will focus on enhancing our online visibility by implementing cutting-edge Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques while pioneering Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to align content with AI language models like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI search engines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO tools, and AI technologies, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in AI-driven content discovery. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across Google, Bing, and other search engines. Design and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to optimize content for AI-driven search engines. Research and analyze search trends, AI search engine behaviors , and natural language processing (NLP) patterns. Create structured content frameworks (FAQ pages, How-To guides, Knowledge bases) aligned with AI models' content preferences. Optimize content using schema markup (JSON-LD, FAQ Schema, HowTo Schema) to enhance machine understanding. Generate content, design to produce AI-friendly, high-quality content . Monitor AI-generated search results and provide insights on how content is being surfaced by AI models. Stay updated on emerging AI search technologies and provide training to internal teams. Conduct keyword and prompt research specifically tailored for conversational AI queries. Track and report performance metrics for both SEO and GEO campaigns. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in SEO strategy, content optimization, and technical SEO . Strong understanding of AI search engines and large language models like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. Experience with structured data markup and schema.org implementations. Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and tools. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like: Google Search Console Google Analytics Ahrefs SEMrush Surfer SEO Screaming Frog Moz AI Content Tools: ChatGPT Jasper Writesonic Copy.ai Knowledge of JSON-LD and content structuring for machine readability . Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience working with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Gemini API, or Anthropic. Background in Information Architecture or Knowledge Graphs .
