About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

AI Sales Manager

to drive revenue growth for an enterprise-grade AI platform offering advanced machine learning, predictive analytics, and end-to-end AI model lifecycle management.This is a

quota-carrying role

requiring strong experience in selling

AI/ML platforms, data science tools, MLOps solutions, or enterprise analytics software

. The ideal candidate will engage data-driven organisations, build relationships with C-level analytics leaders, and close large enterprise deals that enable companies to build, deploy, and operationalize AI applications at scale.Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for the QpiAI Pro platform.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers in finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
  • Target key decision-makers such as Chief Data Officers, VPs of Analytics, Heads of Data Science, and AI/ML Engineering leaders.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that showcase the platform's capabilities for model development, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
  • Understand enterprise AI/ML workflows, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and governance.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations to highlight QpiAI Pro's capabilities in advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and AI application development.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and technical account managers to deliver proofs-of-concept and pilot programmes.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving data science teams, IT infrastructure, security, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems.
  • Represent QpiAI at data science conferences, AI summits, and enterprise technology events globally.
  • Provide market intelligence on enterprise AI platform trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with specialisation in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in directly selling AI/ML platforms, data science tools, or analytics solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated track record in quota-carrying sales roles with consistent target achievement.
  • International sales experience covering multiple regions, such as North America, Europe, APAC, or the Middle East.
  • Comprehensive understanding of machine learning, data science workflows, and enterprise AI platform capabilities.
  • Experience in selling to data science and analytics organisations, including an understanding of technical requirements.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to articulate technical value and business outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, estimated at 30-40%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Background in data science, machine learning, or statistical modelling.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
  • Experience selling AI/ML platforms that compete with Databricks, SageMaker, Azure ML, or DataRobot.
  • Track record of selling to Fortune 500 companies or large enterprises with mature data science teams.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as containerisation technologies.
  • Experience managing sales cycles with annual contract value exceeding $500,000.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and common machine learning frameworks.
